Jade Coffee and Tea house,
Lower Kabete Road (Kitisuru),
us you know Zen Garden for the huge fashion event, Fashion High Tea that happens every year in the month of February to celebrate Haute Couture in Kenya (if you didn’t know well now you do) but if you haven’t actually gone there you wouldn’t know what Zen garden is all about!
Since I never make it for that event, last week I decided to head there myself and see it for myself.
Located at a serene environment with amazing decor and an Asian feel to it I couldn’t help but think of all the photo shoots, parties and videos I could take there! My goal was to have breakfast at Jade but with fear of me digging too deep in my pockets but I was ready!
From the menu (whose prices are actually pocket friendly and not as my mind tried to exaggerate, can be downloaded from their website so you can decide on what you and your crew will have and even make your order in advance) I decided to try their Jade Burger with PeriPeri fries (finally fries that are actually as they are described) and a light bite Mini Sausage Rolls with herbs (just incase you don’t eat pork they have mini sized vegetable rolls that you can try).
Jade is an all-day, all-occasion casual restaurant serving breakfasts, brunches, light lunches and snacks, accompanied by an array of exotic teas and favourite coffees so would be the perfect place to relax during the weekend or do a Sunday Brunch with friends or family as you enjoy the uniquely landscaped Gardens of Zen.
So who will be joining me this Sunday for brunch?
